1. •Optimism:  Psychological capital such as hope, optimism, efficacy, and resilience are important capacities and we will develop them together. It is statistically proven that people with dispositional optimism get more job offers and receive more raises. 1. •Metrics:  Your credibility is only as strong as your metrics, the evidence used to measure and quantify your successes.  Through a thorough interview process we will identify your unique past experiences and add metrics to them so that you can best present yourself to your future business partners, managers and executives.

About Trained as an engineer at Michigan State University, I can not stop myself from organizing and producing.  I am an efficiency expert.  Since day one I’ve been decreasing turn around times and that is what I will do for you.
