Our colleagues, bosses, and ourselves, obsessively focus on our faults and how to minimize them.  This is a waste of time at best and creates a self fulfilling prophecy at worst.  Instead, we should be focusing on what we excel at and leveraging and amplifying those strengths with hard skills to land a career that is both rewarding and challenging.

A resume can’t get you a job, but it can prevent you from getting the position you want.  Your resume needs to communicate and communicate quickly how you will make your future company more effective, efficient, innovative and profitable.
